Billing Information for Attorneys
Retained Cases:
Hourly rates vary based on the case type, complexity, and duration. All work must be pre-approved in writing. Out-of-pocket expenses and mileage are billed separately. Invoices are submitted monthly.
Court Appointed Cases:
Ms. Nicolet is available as associate counsel or senior paralegal for state conflicts panels. Panel approval required prior to start. Once approved, she bills directly to the panel at approved rates. There are no out-of-pocket costs to your office.
