Billing Information
Retained Cases:
Retained cases are always billed hourly. Hourly rates vary based on case type, complexity, and case/project duration. Out-of-pocket expenses and mileage are billed separately. Invoices are submitted monthly.
Court-Appointed Cases:
Panel approval is required for appointment either as associate counsel or a senior paralegal. Once approved, invoices can be submitted directly to the panel at their approved rates, so there are no administrative costs to your office.
